TALENT GALLERY
This is the lovely Lizzie Busby, our ballerina in the 2007 production 'A Midsummer Night's Dream.'
'Talent develops in quiet places, character in the full current of human life.'
Goethe (1749-1832)
'How beauteous mankind is! O brave new world that has such people in't.' So says Miranda, towards the end of 'The Tempest'; and here is our tribute, if you will, to the beautiful people, past and present, who have trod the boards, made the costumes, built the sets, lit the whole shebang and made it possible for over 7,500 people in the last five years to experience the wonder and joy of Shakespeare in an unsurpassed setting.
The Inn Theatre Company, are, first and foremost, a company dedicated to bringing live theatre, whether it be comedy, tragedy, thought-provoking or farce, to as many people as possible. We are, and hopefully always will be, associated with The Dartmouth Shakespeare Week, but we are striving to expand and display the wealth of talent that we are lucky enough to have working with us.
The Future's bright - 'There is always one moment...when the door opens and lets the future in'
'All the world's a stage, And all the men and women merely players...' As You Like It Act 2; Sc 7.
This is the stage where it all happens. Not much to look at in its undressed form, but, with a little imagination and some willing hands, it can become pretty much anywhere, anytime. Verona, Athens, Mediaeval London, Ancient Rome, Padua. It's a big space, but we fill it very well!

As many as there may seem to be, these are but a few of the people who have appeared; the ones of whom we have publishable photo's!
The many fine folk who walk on and walk off again; the camera-shy back-stage crew; the front-of-house stalwarts...promise to get some snaps of you this year so people can see you!
Of the many, many people who have contributed to The Inn Theatre Company over the years, some have come and gone, some remain to this day, others have moved on to even more success in the theatrical world.
Some, sadly, are no longer with us. Below are two of our greatly missed friends.
To them this page is respectfully dedicated.
Em Jeffries
Gordon Martin
Nick Teague (be-hatted) as Alonso in 2008's production 'The Tempest'.
Not bad for a 'walk-on' Nick!
No close-ups, as yet, of two more of our newest recruits. The Lady in Red (good song title in there somewhere...) is Gwen Teague as Antonia and the Gentelmen in Yellow is Mike Roope as Gonzalo. Two of the S.O.D.S.
